The Vélizy 2 commercial center welcomes a new entertainment and leisure area, a lateral extension to the northeast of the existing building. It is designed to be an iconic element both for its size and its innovative architecture. This volume will integrate a complex of cinemas and create an inviting atmosphere for restaurants, becoming a new door to Vélizy 2. Green walls and gardens are chosen for the renovation of the exterior of the commercial center. This natural leitmotiv enhances the integration of the new monumental building, which has organic forms, with the rectilinear forms of the existing buildings. At the same time, it improves the quality of the complex and the experience of the user.
