Simple lines, focused on the play of textures and geometry. The interior of this office is the result of a complete design circuit, which we have developed over the years – design | build | furnish. Oleg Bajura We intervened not only at the aesthetic level, but also put a special emphasis on functionality. From the very beginning the project involved a thorough reconfiguration of the premise we had. We reduced the area that was earlier designed for the bathroom and created a console in which, in addition to the bathroom, we arranged a kitchenette. This is a luxurious renovation of a large detached Victorian villa in NW3 Belsize Park, North London. We were approached to transform a dilapidated property with 2 flats into a single-family dwelling. This included major works that only retained the four elevations with a new superstructure with services and a complete internal re-modelling of the property with a double garage. The brief was to create a contemporary home for a family of three with a drawing room, media room, open-plan kitchen, dining space, playroom, bespoke garden, wine cellar and five double bedrooms and bathrooms. There’s nothing shy about Folie, a new French dining spot from restaurateur Guillaume Depoix.     This space is an extension of an existing house. We`ve considered of importance to link the exterior to the interior, and this was done not only by using glazing surfaces, but also by bringing the façade elements (wooden lamellas) inside, on the ceiling. The resulting geometry was also emphasized on the interior floor surface, where we used the same nuance and wood essence. In the vertical plane these intersect with two types of ambient lighting assemblies- a printed, illuminated glass panel and, on the other way, a series of black tubes illuminated at the bottom.  Complementary to the neutral finishes, for dynamics, we`ve intervened with colored elements in yellow and blue shades.  En savoir plus

Charming cottage style in the front. Cool modern multi-level design in the back. Boutique firm, John Lum Architecture, renovated this 4500-sf family house, located in San Francisco, to maximize views while preserving the architectural integrity of the neighborhood. An engineering masterpiece, the house was rebuilt from the foundation up to encompass 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. To keep with the area’s vernacular, the front facade features an A-frame pitched roof, appropriate of the neighboring houses that line this tree-lined street. Upcycling Café is about 360 square meters.It is a part of Persian Golf complex in shiraz .The main goal of designing is creating environmental , social and economic sustainability .The waste materials , existing in the location of the project and a locality of collecting wastes ,have been applied .The designing details is in such a way that employer was able to implement them without professional builder. Devoting part of the cafe to eatable vegetables not only provided economic self-efficiency , but also filtered the interior air .
