Great Jones Triplex

This triplex apartment spans an existing 100-year-old building in NoHo and a new building adjoining it. A curving staircase links all floors creating a spacious loft-like feeling. Details from the client’s trips around the world are incorporated throughout the apartment, including a Moroccan-style ceiling from Jordan while the bathroom was inspired by a famous Parisian hotel. Big Tree in the Big Apple

A modern Manhattan Beach home pays homage to midcentury design, and offers some unique twists, too.Just blocks from the Pacific Ocean in Manhattan Beach, California, sits what has to be one of the most unique new homes in the area. And some – but certainly not all – of the credit for its uniqueness goes to the glassed-in crow’s nest, accessed via a bridge over the front-hall entry. NYC Loft Renovation

Located in a historic downtown New York building, this loft has a challenging long and narrow shape, and the clients had a complex set of requirements: Both husband and wife work from home, they frequently entertain large groups, and they often have overnight guests. In addition to the kitchen, dining room, living room and master suite, the program included his and her offices, a den, a guestroom, a sitting/TV room, a second guest space, and space for a large book collection. The challenge was to accommodate all these functions within the tight 2,200-square-foot space. One side of the main corridor is defined by a solid wall that provides separation from the private rooms.
