The project came about with the development of a large residential block close to the Elwood foreshore and Port Philip Bay. The brief simply requested a spacious apartment product that was cutting edge and contemporary, but subtle both inside and out. The concept of a large apartment resulted in six single level dwellings, each with the proportions of a small house. The apartments are low maintenance, functionally adaptable to appeal to a range of potential residents, and highly sustainable. Externally, rather than go for a standard “stacked wedding cake” form, the building was set back significantly from the adjoining properties on the lower levels. 'A previously dated but solidly built 90’s style house with ‘good bones’ has been renovated with minimal structural changes but with a comprehensive interior design program. Our clients purchased a large, solidly built and well-located beach house. However, the kitchen was impractical, the large bar unnecessary and the finishes were colourful – the house had the sensibility of a 90’s office interior rather than a home near the beach. Situated on the third floor of a classic Grade-II Listed building in West London, this apartment is set across what was once four separate houses. The expansive lateral layout emphasises the extraordinary sense of space.  The living areas communicate through sets of large double doors, so the space can feel private when necessary, but also has a sociable, open flow to it.  The rooms are punctuated with charismatic pockets of colour: a rich brown in the sitting room and subtle peach emerging in the dining room.  Marble and touches of burnished brass are combined with rich fabrics including bouclé, velvet and wool to enhance the sense of feminine elegance and comfort.    For this residential project an Artico... Timeless with a twist. Melding a classic yet contemporary interior from which to appreciate a jaw-dropping view of the city skyline, this family home was designed to last a lifetime. Responding to a brief for the ultimate in quality of finishes and furnishings whilst mindfully avoiding a gallery of showpieces, we grounded our aesthetic in the European inflexion of the architectural language. Articolo Milan 2019, designed by Studio Goss as a quiet refuge from the surrounding noise of one of the largest trade fairs in the world. The new business center class A is in the 1st Zemelniy lane, not far from the «Ulitsa 1905 Goda» undegraund station, near Krasnopresnenskaya embankment and the business district Moscow City.The business center project was developed by the UNK Project architectural bureau. A distinctive feature and recognizable element of the architectural appearance of the building is the openwork, grid-like shell on the facade. This principle is widely used in the progressive architecture of the 21st century and it also refers to the model of Soviet constructivism, reminding of the tower of engineer Shukhov. This apartment, designed by Andrey Porvatov, is located in the private residential complex of “Brodsky” in Moscow.  One of the main advantages of it is the panoramic view. For this reason, choosing the right lighting solution, Andrey needed a transparent lamp that did not block this view.   The choice fell on Mountain view by Dima Loginoff. As a partial renovation, Harbourview House sees the reinvigoration of the existing kitchen and bathrooms to inject a relevant presence and celebrate key integral elements of the home. Penman Brown layers richness and texture while connecting to a contemporary sensibility and imbedded sense of luxury. Situated in Sydney’s inner north, Harbourview House is set in Manly and sees the renovation of the key functional and most highly trafficked areas of the home – the kitchen and bathroom spaces. In these photos, we can see the living room projected by Olga Lapshova for an apartment near Moscow. Before the renovation, this 50 sqm three-room apartment was narrow and dark. For this reason, the starting point was easy to find for Olga Lapshova: she needed to give back light to all the rooms.   The redesign of the areas became the first objective, trying to restore as much space as possible. In this regard, the living room and the kitchen, previously separated, have been reunited, creating one single space wider and brighter.
