The Banyan Tree Riverside Residences stands out as a distinctive architectural statement on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Designed to be an urban riverfront sanctuary, this 45-storey condominium is located just 16 meters from the riverbank, nestled between the Old City District and the Central Business District. From outside... The gray envelope of the facade panels in the street, where there are mainly companies and car showrooms, fits in with the others. At first glance, however, it differs by its dark framed horizontal windows, which thus refer to the most famous, functionalist period of the city of Brno. With a little imagination, you can see the outlines of the famous Villa Savoy, an icon of the period. Anaha — “reflection of light” in the Hawaiian language — was designed to capture and reflect the light of the Pacific Ocean as well as the dramatic and ever-changing sky in Honolulu. Set within the Ward Village development, this multi-family residential project is informed by native Hawaiian plants and traditions, paying homage to the natural beauty and history of Honolulu. Anaha is oriented with its long axis perpendicular to the shoreline to preserve sight lines from mauka (mountains in Hawaiian) to makai (sea). Chiseled is the latest project by OLSK, designed in collaboration with Elvin Tan Design. The new space brings together four individual hair professionals into one salon environment. The brief we developed was about defining this new brand through the architecture and interiors. The name – Chiseled – came from the group and formed the starting point for concept development. We thought about the process of hair cutting and styling, which formed the main design theory which is based on layers, texture and colour. Provencher_Roy, in collaboration with the lighting firm LumiGroup, is proud to announce the completion of interior design and lighting for the new offices of French bank BNP Paribas.   Located on seven floors of a downtown Montreal office tower, the primary goal for the “campus” was to reflect the company’s new approach to its work, based on open spaces. The architectural design also had to meet WELL certification standards, aimed at promoting the health and wellbeing of building occupants. The Israeli online marketing firm, approached Yael Jacobs Interior Design studio to design their new Tel Aviv offices.    As a young company of aprox. 45 employees, there was a need for a spacious and inviting gathering area, for eating, talking and company gathering.   The entrance and kitchen area were designed to provide several seating options while using calm colour scheme and greenery and create a young and fun yet mature atmosphere.   The greenery meets the users again further down the space, in a passageway between offices where there is a resting point of swings hanging from the ceiling facing a green wall.   Three meeting rooms are located throughout the space- a formal one, a lounge and an intimat...
