SAPICO – OFFICE FEATURED BY STYLE AND PERSONALITY

Functionality and individuality are notions that are inherent to each of our projects. Even if they are characterized by simple lines and shapes, these interiors offer plenty of comfort. This was also the case of Sapico, where we relied on the correct partition of the premises, so as to provide the office with all zones that are necessary for a good functioning. In the working area we have created a common premise, offering enough space to guarantee personal comfort and isolating the premises by means of shelves. Thus, we kept the feeling of a large common space, but also that of privacy. Omran Sq. Memorial of New Sahand Town

Javad Eiraji, founder and principal architect of Tehran-based design and creation studio, STUDIO EIRAJI, with his young designer team; Mona Rezaei, Elnaz Tofighi, Golsa Zerangi, Shaghayegh Behrooji and Shima Noori, has finished his latest urban-architectural design for Omran Sq. Memorial of New Sahand Town in East Azerbaijan, Iran. This project has been designed according to the traditional and Islamic geometry and patterns which has been changed to the 3d volume by especial form editions. Daarbast Cafe

Daarbast Café is about 376 square meters. The main goal of its interior design is creating social interaction among people. The possibility for establishing other branches of the café in future was considered in order to fulfill the owner’s request. Scaffolds are used as the main structure of design which grants an identity to the space. A part of the exterior wall is destroyed to benefit from sun light and natural views. The scaffold provided the context in which we could increase the area of the space and create visual transparency. Implementing the scaffolds not only impose low budget to the project but also create the possibility of various decoration fashions. Parisian apartment renovation

This apartment was envisaged as a soft, poetic cocoon that would bring comfort to its inhabitants. All of the furniture are original pieces by IMA Interiors, designed in a formal, colorful style characterized by geometric traits and the mix of subtle contrasts. In a central location among 3 Lebanese districts, AB architects placed its mobile workspace cabin to be within reach and close contact with their diverse client base of different backgrounds and localities.The 22 m2 cabin situated in a fairly rural area on the main highway, it stands as an urban form in contrast to its surroundings. It consists of the main metallic desk and a high-end setting area, a mini enclosed kitchen, toilet, at the ground level, and a rooftop function as a terrace with views of a panoramic nature and storage space and water tank.  The cabin was designed to self-manage energy and renewables (natural resources) in an efficient manner. Designed by internationally renowned architect Richard Francis-Jones, of FJMT, Anadara building is located on the harbour front at Barangaroo. Anna Carin Design was engaged to create a comfortable but stylish pied-a-terre for a retired Pharmacist and his wife. Sea grass wallpaper, upholstered bedheads, the hand knotted wool rug and cashmere blankets bring texture and warmth to the apartment- making it feel just like home. You don't want to leave this kitchen..On the garden side, the kitchen and dining room are merged into a large room with a beautiful view at the pool. The gap between the main building and the existing extesion is now involved with the kitchen and has folding doors.
