Property Council VIC

We understood that the Property Council wanted a design that was all about members. The previous office fitout didn’t offer a lot of scope for members to network after meetings, and the old-style boardroom was inflexible. The new design will help members get more out of meetings and networking opportunities. Central to the 450 sqm fitout are collaborative spaces that encourage Property Council members to meet and mingle. There are breakout spaces, quiet rooms and a new flexible boardroom which can accommodate a variety of uses.  The office design reinforces the Property Council’s mission, with a giant panoramic mural of Melbourne reminding visitors and employees of their role creating great places. Melbourne NPM

When creating our own space, we wanted to ensure that we could capture the essence of NPM while also working with the surroundings. The view encircling the office highlights not only the Melbourne CBD but also Port Melbourne and South Melbourne. Keeping in mind of the view it was our desire to design a space that wouldn’t compete with the view but compliment it.  We have designed a working environment that plays on darkness through geometric forms and a contemporary look and feel. The mural we have designed displays the story of creation through geometric forms which also enhances the development and process of NPM.  The furniture selection and layout of the work environment encourages collaboration and functional environm...
