The structure is unique in its exterior design which sets it apart. The building façade mimics tree branches with its irregular shape while the steel branches create a mesh that envelopes the building façade with lines within that resemble the details on a tree bark. A central void that cuts through, the design overall allows the interior light to pierce through the vertical metal elements to create a crepuscular effect which a s result provides variation to the design as well as makes the entire building appear more distinct in its setting. Among many calm, simple, and relatively homogeneous interiors of Yerevan, Apartment #40 is a different ball game.  The mood inspiration is retrieved from a local hookah lounge: neon, dark environment, and intimacy. In addition, owners wanted a particular accent on the presence of tropical plants: they enhance the magic of the place. Furniture elements are mainly of soft textures to offer ultimate comfort.  In contrast, the tables and the kitchen area are more solid.   We implemented the design for bedrooms in a softer manner, keeping the necessary warmth for rest. Situated in the booming Zhongshan District, Spaces Hung Sheng is connected to MRT Nanjing Fuxing subway station, while the closest bus station – Nanjing and Longjiang intersection is 100m away. To make full use of such an advantageous location, D&P were requested to turn the 2413 sqm into Taipei's number one choice of co-working office. Visitors of Spaces Hung Sheng are freelancers, start-ups, and small businesses who need a place that meets their creative needs. Designed by Seyedeh Ayeh Mirrezaei to be used as a real estate office, it is located on the seventeen floor of the building and is encompassed over 1184,000 square feet in New York City.Desk space is located at the front overlooking the high-rise buildings, with a meeting space at the left. A wooden shelving system was installed behind the desk in order to add more consistency to the walls while changing the composition of the white space behind manager. Ayeh animated some parts of New York City‘s urban map through lighting fixture made of LED lamps in an attractive pattern on the wall and ceiling.
