An urban house with 2 basement floors and 2 floors above ground that utilizes the height difference of the site. It features a mixed structure of wood, concrete and iron. The concrete wall from the basement is extended and used as a fence surrounding the first floor. Privacy was ensured by building a two-story wooden structure nested inside. The first floor, where the living and dining kitchen is located, could be made into a dynamic studio with a length of 74m2 by combining the basic frame construction method and steel beams.
There is also a 48m2 terrace in the northeast corner, which can be accessed from both the kitchen and living room, and it functions as a comfortable and private space that is continuous with the room. In contrast to the calm appearance, when you enter, the light shines, you can feel the wind, and you can feel the connection with the outdoors. By fulfilling the request of the owner, it became possible to enjoy the comfort and luxury that cannot be thought of in the city center.
