The new Depot Metro Station in Thessaloniki

The new Depot Metro Station in Thessaloniki, an impressive result of modern design and colours, materials and systems have been applied with the highest standard specifications in mind. The building is dressed in Non-combustible ACP etalbond® A2 and coated aluminium sheets orofe®, in total 28,000 sqm. The chosen colours, Rain Blue and Silver Smoke Metallic, in combination with the location of the project and the natural lighting, highlight the design of this emblematic building.
 
The depot area will be the mind and heart of an automated metropolitan railway, it will move without drivers and will be electronically guided by the Operation Control Center.
