The project consists of 24 apartments on six part levels. The urban form responds to the busy Old South Head Road and its curving geometry. Apartments are set out on a radial plan to maximise the northern aspect and views towards the city from the upper levels. The building sits on a plinth set out from the level of the side street, so the lower apartments are raised high above the level of the busy street.
As a part of the project, we have also designed an upgrade to the adjacent public park which benefits both the existing and planned residents, creating a denser green buffer
