Apartments "SHINE" are located in the city of Dnipro in a residential complex on the river embankment with a view of the Monastery Island.
The space, with an area of 110 m2, was located on two levels and had an orientation on two opposite sides. Initially, the first level was intended for the living room and kitchen, and the second - for the bedroom area. But the owners of the apartment agreed to an atypical decision to change these functional areas in places and got the optimal solution, which gave a number of advantages.
The first level was given to the bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The master bedroom has its own small dressing room. A children's room is separated from the entrance hall by a tinted glass partition (with appropriate sound insulation), so the hall has natural light. The space under the stairs is given over to a technical unit with a water treatment system, as well as for storing seasonal outerwear.
The orientation of the bedrooms to the West allowed creating an favorable atmosphere in the rooms with a view of the sunset over the panorama of the city.
The area of the second level is larger than the first, and its orientation opens to a beautiful panorama of the Dnipro embankment and the Monastery Island. These factors were prioritized when deciding on the location of the studio area where the main family time is spent. The spacious studio zonally includes a kitchen with an island and a spacious unit for built-in appliances and storage systems. The kitchen has a round GUBI dining table with comfortable chairs. A comfortable lounge chair is placed at the window with a stunning view. The comfortable and spacious sofa is oriented to the panorama and the TV area.
Also on the second level there is a bathroom and a laundry/storage room. Flush-mounted doors finished with Laminam panels that extend from the wall made it possible to make the wall planes visually solid.
All components of the space are provided for comfort - tactile and visual, giving preference to the highest quality manufacturers of each element of the apartment.
