A project located in the foothills. This proposal becomes the meeting between the city and the hills, it aims to draw a light and porous limit, capable of shape a place where hills merge in a fluid way with their surroundings. The building is modeled in a tribute to this fragment the hills, welcoming and integrating the extension of the University Campus with the spaces of the Bolivarian Society which put its efforts on transmit the historical memory of our country as a cultural center.
