A synergy of architecture and nature gives shape to the Mistral Izmir complex which, totally designed in an ecosustainable manner, accompanies the natural landscape from the ground level to the sky. Two sinuous seafront towers designed with greenhouses and terraces placed along its entire height, characterise the concept of this multi-functional complex. The towers, one designed for residential use and the other as hotel and offices, are conceived in every detail to exploit at best the natural conditions of the place, guaranteeing energy and economic saving thanks to exploitation of natural light, solar radiation and wind power, becoming the new landmark of the city.
