MCKAY-DEE HOSPITAL HYBRID OPERATING ROOM

A total transformation of an existing interventional radiology room, a brand new Hybrid Operating Room suite emerged suited to use for both open and endovascular procedures in addition to procedures already performed in the interventional radiology room. Spanning 1500 square feet, the suite organizes boom-mounted lights, equipment, imaging systems and other materials in a stepped ceiling minimizing clutter. Wainscoting both shortens the visual height of the room and serves as aesthetic wall protection. High-class wood grains and a soothing palette provide a comfortable atmosphere for operating room staff and patients alike.
