The project was designed by Isidoro García Ávila, from Ka Arquitectos. The floors with Iroko wood inlays and Viroc flowerbeds stand out. Colour was added and the atmosphere became cheerful and light. Viroc was chosen for being a water-repellent and natural material, which coexists with the other materials in a natural way.
