Lobbies Bavaria Towers

CSMM - architecture matters en tant que Architectes d'intérieur.

Target group definition, office conception, conception of foyer, retail and gastronomy areas, interior architecture and interior design, support of project orientation and project marketing, development of sample occupancy plan, visualizations

Using architecture to address different user groups and create diversity. Diversity finds expression in a different range of individually designed workspaces. Not only the configuration of the space, but also the selection of materials and the office equipment are geared to the needs of the different user groups. The design has an identity-forming effect and reflects their corporate identity.

The lobbies of the three towers each have an individual design as an entrance to the working world. The materials were adapted to the atmosphere that the respective lobby should have.

Sky Tower: dignified and elegant materials such as a brass wall, a marble-look reception desk, gadgets such as a bar and a fireplace made of black plate.
Blue Tower: modern clean materials, core wall cladded with white triangular sheets, reception counter made of white Corian, as a highlight an aquarium.
Star Tower: youthful materials furnishing of light oak and friendly fabrics, as an eye-catcher a boulder wall in blue tones.
