Material Used:
The aim of the construction measures was to carefully restore and repair the building in order to put the historical measuring instrument back in its previous place. The building was extensively restored and repaired by various specialist restorers (stone, wood, textile, plaster and metal) in close coordination with the State Office for the Preservation of Historical Monuments, under the coordinating supervision of our architect.
For the restoration of the observatory, materials from old stocks were used, such as an old church roof to repair the roof of the observatory.
