markstein real-estate in baden requested us to build an unusual architectural sales model. the multi-floor base construction can be filled with various exchangeable modules to build multiple flat-types including the available optional components, all based on one single model. this allows potential buyers to configure their own apartments in a three-dimensional way and to get a physical image of their future home.
