Le projet de rénovation de la maison pour un couple avec enfants se développe dans un précieux bâtiment romain des années 70, inévitablement conditionné par le design des balcons qui caractérisent clairement l'aspect extérieur du bâtiment.
La séquence géométrique simple de la ligne droite, du demi-cercle et du quart de cercle, devient en fait le plan du projet, définissant de façon cohérente aux espaces extérieurs le dessin des cloisons intérieures et tous les meubles qui complètent la maison.
Une fois défini le schéma de distribution sur ce principe géométrique, il a commencé le passionnant travail de définition matérielle et chromatique, qui est arrivé à travers plusieurs versions à une approche basée sur l'utilisation du bois de chêne et le blanc des murs ; quelques citations de marbre calacatta s'insèrent dans ce clair dualisme, où la fonction, principalement en termes de résistance, exige un matériau plus adapté de ce point de vue.
La version finale se caractérise donc par un espace de vie divisé par des cloisons en bois de chêne qui définissent l'entrée, les espaces de distribution, la zone cuisine et le bureau.
Le bois de chêne est également utilisé pour les armoires, les meubles et surtout pour le lambris en douves qui recouvre tout le long mur du couloir qui longe l'espace de vie.
La suite parentale, caractérisée par une armoire au centre de la pièce qui fait office de tête de lit, accède directement à la salle de bain par un panneau coulissant qui montre d'abord la baignoire sur pied, puis la grande cabine de douche, le double lavabo et enfin, à l'écart, les toilettes et le bidet.
Même les chambres des enfants et leurs salles de bains sont organisées selon la philosophie du design, interprétées de manière appropriée dans les couleurs les plus appropriées à l'âge.
Le bébé de la famille trouve également une belle cachette derrière le grand mur textile rétractable qui entoure son armoire, évidemment selon une géométrie droite et courbe.

Insufflation of external walls and internal climate management
The blowing was carried out with IsoverInsulsafe 33 from Saint-Gobain (white glass wool in flakes, produced with recycled glass, without thermosetting resin) after checking the conditions of the cavity by means of an endoscope, to check the state of the facings and the possible presence of water infiltrations.
Once the suitability of the conditions was ascertained, the holes necessary for the application were made, sealing the possible escape routes, then the actual blowing using an injector machine, starting from the bottom and then gradually rising towards the ceiling.
The beams were insulated with IsoverClima 34 panels from Saint-Gobain.
Radiant floor system and controlled mechanical ventilation
Radiant floor system with low thickness screed, equal to 6 cm, engaged by 20 mm of insulation, 20 mm piping, 20 mm of self-leveling screed made with Termoanidro Premium, self-leveling premixed screed based on pure natural anhydrite, selected limestone aggregates and additives to improve the performance of the product, indicated in green building interventions, ideal for radiant floor conditioning systems.
The installation took place using a suitable means of transport equipped with a pump. The outdoor unit that powers the system is a Daikin Altherma EPGA11DAV3 low temperature split unit, an air-water floor heat pump for heating, cooling and domestic hot water production, ideal for homes with low energy requirements.
The indoor units are instead the Daikin INTEGRATED R32 H / C 230L 16 kW.
Due to the presence of beams that inhibited the correct passage of the pipes, it was necessary to resort to two separate dehumidifiers, two machines also from Daikin RER050AE000 Dehumidifier Recovery 050 IsoT.
A 4kWh photovoltaic roof system contributes to the power supply of the air conditioning system.
